If you need to update your patient's contact information in the Orthosnap portal, follow this simple step.
Click the pencil button next to the patient's name from the Orthosnap portal. It looks like this:
Once you click the pencil icon, it'll make all the patient contact info accessible and editable, like this:
Then click 'Save' and you're done!
You might want to update the patient's information if you don't have it when you're submitting the case. Patient email and phone number are needed to connect the Dental Monitoring app to your Orthosnap portal, so that their scans are being uploaded to the correct place.
