A critical step to ensuring the patient has a great result from treatment is to communicate all vital case information to the Orthosnap team.

We provide a Special Instructions area when you are entering the for this information.  Also, you can message our team at any time to add additional information to the case.

The most important piece of information you can convey: THE CHIEF COMPLAINT.

As a doctor, many times, the treatment isn't black or white. The chief complaint may be able to be accomplished in many ways or one specific way.  Communicating this to our team before we start creating the treatment plan will make communication of higher quality and ensure that the patient, doctor and Orthosnap are on the same page.

Here is a list of questions you can consider answering in the Special Instruction area for your patient's case (there could be others!):

A) Interproximal Reduction - IPR Information

Are IPRs necessary?

If so, please note the tooth # and any other information regarding the IPR.

Are IPRs acceptable?

If so, please note they are.  We may be able to decrease the amount of steps or total treatment time with this information. How?

B) Attachments Information

Are attachments necessary?

If so, please note that you believe they are. Our treatment plans will provide a matrix to ensure that the attachments are effective as possible during the treatment.
