With Orthosnap, you can now easily add multiple users and customize account types and permissions for each one. Streamline your account management and ensure everyone has the right access with just a few clicks.


Can I add users to my account? How about adding multiple users?

Yes, you can easily add users to your Orthosnap account — and even better, you can add multiple users at once. Streamline your account management by quickly granting access to your team, all while keeping everything secure and organized.

Here’s how you can add users to your account:

  1. Log in to your Doctor Portal.
    Open the portal and enter your credentials to access your account.

  2. Once you’re logged in, look for the Messenger icon.
    You’ll find it in the picture below. Click on that to start a conversation with us.

3. Ask, “Can I add another user to my account?”
Send us this question through Messenger, and we’ll walk you through the next steps.

4. Provide the Required Information
After reaching out, you’ll be asked to provide the following details about the user you want to add:

  1. Is He/She a Dentist?

  2. Do you want them to have access to the invoices?

  3. Full Name

  4. Phone Number

  5. Email Address

5. Your Request Will Be Routed to the Right Team
Once we have this information, we’ll forward your request to the designated team who will handle the rest of the process for you.

Note: Once the team has successfully added the user to your account, you will be asked to book an onboarding call for the newly added user. This ensures they get up to speed and can start using the account smoothly.


Orthosnap Account Types and User Permissions

By adding users to your account, you have the flexibility to assign them specific account types and set permissions, ensuring appropriate access and control. Once you add another user to the account, they will be provided with their own login information.

Here are the account types and their corresponding permissions:

  • Doctor/Owner: Full access to all features, including the ability to view all patient information across their office.

  • Doctor-Basic: Access limited to viewing only their own patients' information.

  • Office Staff/Assistant: Can submit orders and view patient information specific to their office.

Note: Each user can have different roles and permissions across one or more offices.
