If you need to make any changes to your account—such as updating your shipping address, office address, email address, or phone number—please send us a formal request via email.
📌 Important: Be sure to use the authorized email address we have on file when submitting your request. This helps us verify your identity and ensures that your account is updated securely and accurately.
First, navigate over to the Preferences link in the left-hand menu.
In the Treatment Preferences tab:
You'll be able to create global settings for all your aligner cases which will auto-populate each time you create a case. So if you have preferences that you'd like to set for all your cases, this is the place to do it.
IPR Preferences: Adjust your interproximal reduction (IPR) settings to match your treatment needs.
Attachments: Customize your attachment preferences for a tailored treatment approach.
Define Wear Schedule: Set the ideal wear schedule to ensure optimal treatment progress. If you would like to set up a shorter wear cycle you can set that in "Additional Preferences".
Customize Additional Preferences: Fine-tune other treatment settings to suit your practice’s unique requirements: Occlusion preferences, approach to treatment plan set up, etc.
In the "Shipping preferences tab":
You can choose your preferred shipping level to suit your needs—whether it's the fastest or the most cost-effective option.
Fastest Option: Go for the fastest UPS service, using 2nd day air, with a small express box limit.
Cheapest Option: Choose the most affordable shipping, with minimal restrictions for flexibility.
