Approve or Revise? Here’s How to Keep Your Treatment Plans Moving Faster

When a Treatment Plan (TP) is pending approval, you’ll see two options, Approve or Revise. A simple click on either button instantly moves your case forward, ensuring your patient’s progress doesn’t skip a beat.

Replying through email, on the other hand, can slow things down. Each email has to be manually processed by our team (usually the CAM), and since it’s not done in real time, it can add an extra 8 to 24 hours before your action takes effect.

Behind the scenes, your email also goes through two steps, before it reaches the system. That’s why using the built-in buttons makes such a big difference.

By clicking Approve or Revise, your response is registered instantly, and your case automatically moves to the next stage, no waiting, no bottlenecks, no delays.

The photo below shows the Approve TP and Revise TP buttons that you can click once you’ve decided which action to take. But if you’re still unsure and would like to discuss the case first, you can always schedule a clinical call with us by clicking the highlighted hyperlink in the photo, it will take you directly to our calendar.

So next time you receive a Treatment Plan, skip the email and hit the button instead. It’s faster, smoother, and helps your patients get the care they need, without the extra wait.
