How Do I Check Invoices and Payments?

Did you know you can see the history of your previous orders and the invoices for each order, as well as the history of your payments and how they get applied to your invoices?

Start by logging into the doctor portal (https://portal.orthosnap.com and click the Doctor Login button).  If you don't have a login and password, please email us at support@orthosnap.com with your name and practice name and we can help you to login.

When you login to the main screen, there is a section for "Invoices" on left side on your screen :


Selecting Invoices allows you to see all the invoices for any orders that have been completed manufacturing (invoices only appear once we have finished the order).  

If you are looking for a specific invoice, you can search by patient name in the search field in the upper right of the screen.  If you have a lot of invoices, you can use the Filter button to display only invoices from a date range, and you can choose to display only invoices that have been paid, or invoices that are still unpaid. If you have any difficulty finding you can always use the chat option on the bottom right corner of your screen our customer services team member will be happy to help you with that.

Once you click "Invoices" you will be able to see all the unpaid invoices where the status is open. Once we receive your payment the status will update as paid.


Selecting "Pay Invoice" invoice from this list will bring up the details:

On this screen, you can see review any payments made to your account, with the date, amount, and the type of payment such as by Check or Credit Card:

By selecting one or more payments and viewing the payment receipt, you can see how each payment was allocated to the individual invoices:


And that's it, now you know how to check the invoice history and status for every order, as well as every payment you made and how it was applied to the invoices!
