From the Invoices section of your account, you will see a button that says "Pay Invoice"

When you click on that button, you will be able complete the payment by entering your credit card or debit card information. A new screen will show up as below :

Once you select a payment method, you can choose exactly which invoices you wish to pay, and can even use different cards for different invoices. Once the payment has been complete your invoice status will turn into "paid" from "open".
