Taking PVS impressions and sending them to OrthoSnap

The key to our quality starts with good impressions, so this is the most important step that starts it all.

We recommend using a top wash (light body) on top of a base - please reach out to support@orthosnap.com if you would like some recommendations for materials, or some of our favorite techniques.

Please note it is super important NOT to use alginate, or to send us Plaster models as we will not be able to do anything more than an evaluation (as if you had sent us photos) and will need PVS impressions in order to actually start manufacturing.

Please also note that impressions you send us are modified during the production process (the impressions may be trimmed, and a resin poured to make a positive impression). Our policy is not to return impressions since they will not be identical to what was sent.
