Did you know you can see the history of your previous orders and the invoices for each order, as well as the history of your payments and how they get applied to your invoices?
Start by logging into the doctor portal (https://portal.orthosnap.com and click the Doctor Login button). If you don't have a login and password, please email us at email@example.com with your name and practice name and we can help you to login.
When you login to the main screen, there is a section for "Invoices" on left side on your screen :
Selecting Invoices allows you to see all the invoices for any orders that have been completed manufacturing (invoices only appear once we have finished the order). If you are looking for a specific invoice, you can search by patient name in the search field in the upper right of the screen. If you have a lot of invoices, you can use the Filter button to display only invoices from a date range, and you can choose to display only invoices that have been paid, or invoices that are still unpaid. If you have any difficulty finding you can always use the chat option on the bottom right corner of your screen our customer services team member will be happy to help you with that.
Once you click "Invoices" you will be able to see all the unpaid invoices where the status is open. Once we receive your payment the status will update as paid.
Selecting any invoice from this list will bring up the details:
You can also make payments by using credit or by check. To setup a credit card to make payments online, please see this article: https://intercom.help/orthosnap/articles/3090895-paying-invoices-by-credit-card
