Before sending in your impressions, it’s best to create an order in the Portal first. This ensures that all essential information is captured—such as the patient’s details, prescription (Rx), impression info, special instructions, and more.

Using the Portal streamlines the process and helps prevent delays or missing information.

🧩 How to Invite Orthosnap as a Partner in DEXIS IS Connect

(Instructions adapted from the DEXIS Help site)

To connect Orthosnap as your Dexis Partner, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to DEXIS IS Connect as a Dentist.

  2. In the toolbar, click the Partners icon.

  3. In the Partners window, click Invite a Partner.

  4. In the Email field, enter:
    📩 vendor.dexis@orthosnap.com

  5. In the Message box, you can either use the default text or write your own.

  6. Click Send.

The invitation will be sent to Orthosnap, and a new entry will appear in your list of partners once the connection is established.
