Before sending in your impressions, it’s best to create an order in the Portal first. This ensures that all essential information is captured—such as the patient’s details, prescription (Rx), impression info, special instructions, and more.

Using the Portal streamlines the process and helps prevent delays or missing information.

For step-by-step guidance, you can refer to this article on how to submit an order.

If you're using a CEREC Omnicam or Primescan, you can export STL files and upload them to Orthosnap.

🔹 Note: If you have a DS Core account, you can also submit scans directly to Orthosnap through DS Core.
🔸 Important: You'll still need to submit the Rx form through the Orthosnap Portal.

📧 Option 2: Share via Email Using Patient Share

You can also share scans via Patient Share by sending them to:
📩 vendor.dscore@orthosnap.com
